Why was the pack sent to another user when I bought it?

Sometimes this can happen if two people buy at the same time and it initially looks like you got a pack, but then there is a fork which instead gives the pack to the other buyer. This scenario is highly unlikely, and in this case the tokens you paid are not deducted from your balance. It always takes two minutes until transactions are immutable and can’t be reversed again.
